Booking & Cancellation/Credit Terms & Conditions:
For bookings with the value of $250 or less, we require full payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable should you cancel without re-booking.
For bookings with the value of more than $250, we require a minimum 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel without re-booking. Full payment is payable within 7 days of your booking.
Once payment has been made in full regardless of when paid, it is non-refundable. However, may be transferrable to a future booking made within 12 months of the time of cancellation.
If client cancels within 7 days of the booking, full payment is required and no credit will be given. This includes a cancellation due to a fault by the client. For example: Incorrect dates or times given to us at the time of booking and we are unable to accommodate due to this error. This is also applicable if there are flight/connecting flight issues and we cannot accommodate your late arrival due to this. We will always to do our best to accommodate flight delays/changes however, at times, our scheduling may not allow for this due to demand on the day. We always highly recommend leaving ample time for connecting flights to avoid this issue.

Some 'Special Event' bookings will be required to be paid in full upfront with the above cancellation conditions applicable.
Please note, your booking is not confirmed until your deposit/payment is received.
Due to high demands, we highly recommend making a booking once you know your travel plans to avoid missing out.
