"We recently used All about Comfort for our Cruise Transfer from Lake Macquarie to Circular Quay and return. I booked through Michelle who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made booking super easy.
We travelled as a group of 6 adults and a baby who required rear facing seat and they even supplied the baby car seat for us which was amazing and made the travel even easier.
Our driver was Jeff and he at all times was very efficient and made us feel safe, he was polite and a really nice person. On our return to Sydney our ship was delayed and after a quick phone call to Jeff he assured us that he would be there when we got in and yep true to his word he was there waiting and off we went on another safe and pleasant trip home to Lake Macquarie.
We have another cruise booked next year and 100% will only be using this company for our transfers.

We have engaged All About Comfort a couple of times now for airport transfers and would be happy to recommend this service to anyone. Michelle made the process super easy and provided great customer service. She was very responsive and was happy to answer any questions we had.
Jeff picked us up at our front door in Port Stephens and took us to Sydney Airport and picked us up on our return trip and took us home. He was professional, reliable, flexible and on time. Jeff went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and comfortable. Very friendly and great banter. He was also happy to let us sleep as our pick up was 1am. They took all the hassle and stress out of getting to and from the airport so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.
I am also looking forward to booking a Hunter Valley Vineyard group tour with them as it sounds like a really fun day. They are now our ‘go to’ and will definitely be engaging their services in the future.
